Can Bouncy Castles and Inflatables be erected on concrete?
Any inflatable can be erected on concrete or any other hard surface, though we will need to be made aware of this at the time of booking. As securing the inflatable to the ground surface is an insurance requirement, doing so with stakes on a hard surface is not a possibility. Therefore, we will bring a number of sandbags, which will work just as effectively as metal stakes. [Back to FAQs]

Are their any height restrictions?
Yes, however these vary depending on what castle you require. Please contact us for more information.
[Back to FAQs]

Can mixed age groups use the bouncy castle?
No, unfortunately different age groups cannot use our bouncy castles at the same time as this would void out public liability cover. [Back to FAQs]

How does the castle inflate and how much does it cost to run?
We use a fan or ‘blower’ that keeps the castle bouncy.  They must be kept running whilst the children are using the inflatable.  The fans use very little power and as a guide may only cost you £4.00 worth of electric all day. [Back to FAQs]

How many children will fit on an inflatable?
This depends on the size of the castle and the age of the children. It is simply a case of using your own common sense when supervising the castle to ensure not too many children are on the inflatable at any one time. [Back to FAQs]

Can the castles cover paths and slabs?
Yes they can. [Back to FAQs]

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking as soon as you have a date.  We get booked for bank holiday weekends far in advance, so please book early to avoid disappointment.  We do carry a lot of stock; so if you have a last minute party and you want a castle, then please give us a call. [Back to FAQs]

My party is tomorrow can I hire?

[Back to FAQs]

Can I order a castle the same day?
Generally no, give us a call and we'll let you know. [Back to FAQs]

Can we collect the inflatable ourselves?

No, we only ever deliver and collect them ourselves.  Our drivers are trained and our insurance stipulates that we must be responsible for this. We will have loaded for the morning and will have left for the day.  We do get calls from customers that have been let down by other bouncy castle companies in which case we will try and help, but we can not guarantee to if we are fully booked.  If you need a castle for the evening, then we may well be able to arrange this.
